Terms and Conditions

1) Shipping Dates
We ship items every day from Monday-Saturday. Your orders must be in before 12pm CST to allowed me enough times to ship it. Since I work 2nd shift.

Example 1: If your order is after 12pm (M-F), your order will be ship the next day.
Example 2: If your order is after 12pm CST (Saturday), your order will be ship on Monday.

The Crimson Guild's hours
Monday-Friday: 8-12pm CST
Saturday: 9-12pm CST

2) Return/Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of sealed product (such as tampering/ratios), we do not accept returns for any sealed product. Please make sure you are certain of your purchase before submitting your order.

3) Pre-Orders
We cannot accept cancellations on pre-ordered products. Please make sure you are absolutely certain of your purchase before submitting your order. You can pay in full or do 4 installment payments. Your first initial payment is 25% down. Just make sure all of your payments are in a day before the release date so I can ship your orders on time. 

Pre-Orders are shipped the week of release, no later than release day.

In the very rare case that there are distributor allocations or any issues with securing inventory, we will do our best to fulfill pre-orders on a first come first served basis, and offer refunds for any unfulfilled orders.
